Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Chefit mobile app and chefit.xyz (the “Service”), operated by DEDICATION INC, a Florida corporation (“Chefit,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You can create an account using Apple, Google, or your phone number. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your account secure, and that you are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Chefit provides chef-curated recipes, weekly menus, and grocery-tracking tools. Core features are free to use, and Chefit Pro is an optional paid subscription described in Section 5. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Chefit offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called Chefit Pro, sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Chefit Pro costs $14.99 USD per month and renews automatically each month until cancelled.

• New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial. When the trial ends, the subscription automatically continues at $14.99 USD per month unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the rate stated above.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a Chefit Pro subscription.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our recipes, menus, or other content except as permitted for your personal use.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Misuse the accounts, data, or experience of other users.

All recipes, weekly menus, images, text, and other content in the Service are owned by or licensed to DEDICATION INC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use the Service and its content for your own meal planning. The Service does not host user-generated content; saving a recipe or checking off groceries does not grant you any ownership of the underlying content.

You may delete your account at any time within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon deletion, your personal data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Recipes, nutrition figures, and serving information are provided for general informational purposes only and are not medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. You are responsible for checking ingredients against your own allergies and dietary needs; consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DEDICATION INC and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
